Warranty Info
MerkelHeavyEquipment allows the buyer to return purchased equipment within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the equipment is in substantially the same condition as delivered and shows no misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper operation, or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Consumable or wear-and-tear items (filters, fluids, belts, tires, etc.)
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow operating guidelines
Warranty Coverage
All equipment sold by MerkelHeavyEquipment includes a limited warranty of 3 years or 3,000 operating hours (whichever comes first). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, recommended use.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, the buyer must contact MerkelHeavyEquipment and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Equipment serial number
- Service/maintenance records (if applicable)
- Photos or diagnostic information upon request
